Primer Día del Reto de los 21 Días Corriendo | HIVERUN

Hola a todoos! ¿Cómo empezaron su fin de semana? Yo empecé mi viernes corriendo por el reto de los 21 días, tengo que correr los días que quedan de la semana porque no me activé durante los primeros días.

Hi everyone, how did you start your weekend? I started my Friday running for the 21 day challenge, I have to run the remaining days of the week because I didn't get active during the first few days.

El reto consiste en correr 5km durante 21 días no seguidos pero sin pasarse del mes, ya este reto se había hecho anteriormente en el grupo, pero si era de manera consecutiva y como yo en ese momento estaba entrenando para llegar a los 10km, no pude participar, sin embargo esta vez si voy a participar, y apenas hoy fue mi primer día.

The challenge is to run 5km for 21 days not in a row but without exceeding the month, and this challenge had been done before in the group, but if it was consecutively and as I at that time was training to reach the 10km, I could not participate, however this time if I will participate, and just today was my first day.

Siento que empecé un poco tarde porque ya vi que algunas personas ya van por el día 4 y 5. Pero yo no me había podido activar porque he estado un poco full en la universidad, por eso se me hace mejor esperar hasta el fin de semana, la cosa es que al terminar el reto mandarán a Maturín las camisas de hiverun, a mi, a mi hermano y a otro compañero, pero las mandarán cuando ya todos hayamos completado el reto, por eso mismo no quiero retrasarme mucho porque los estaría afectando a ellos también.

I feel that I started a little late because I saw that some people are already on day 4 and 5. But I had not been able to activate myself because I have been a little full at the university, so it is better to wait until the weekend, the thing is that at the end of the challenge they will send the hiverun shirts to Maturin, to me, my brother and another classmate, but they will send them when we have all completed the challenge, that is why I do not want to delay too much because I would be affecting them too.

Así que bueno, ya me toca activarme y los días que quedan de la semana son de corredera, no me queda más que ponerme las pilas y activarme. Les hablaré de hoy, me desperté súper temprano, pero salí un poquito más tarde de mi casa porque demoré alistándome, me sentía un poco pesado en realidad, me animé fue con la música y de camino a la cancha decidí que quería lograr mi mejor tiempo en los 5km y así fue.

El cuarto kilómetro fue en el que me tardé mucho más, me sentí bastante cansado así que me tuve que parar para caminar un poquito, pero no fue por mucho tiempo, luego seguí corriendo y para terminar rematé el quinto kilómetro, aunque me estaba muriendo del cansancio.

So well, it's my turn to get active and the remaining days of the week are for running, I just have to get my batteries and get active. I woke up super early, but I left my house a little bit late because I was late getting ready, I felt a little bit heavy actually, I cheered up with the music and on the way to the track I decided that I wanted to achieve my best time in the 5km and so I did.

The fourth kilometer was the one that took me the longest, I felt quite tired so I had to stop to walk a little bit, but it wasn't for long, then I kept running and to finish I finished the fifth kilometer, even though I was dying of tiredness.
