Estoy más pesado, ya que he engordado un poco. No tengo muy claro la razón, pero lo cierto es que las últimas semanas corrí muy poco.

Esta semana me llegan nuevos zapatos y eso me emociona. Voy a estrenarlos para la Caracas Rock, que además este año cayó en mi cumpleaños, al igual que en 2013, cuando la corrí por primera vez. Además voy a tener tiempo de probar los zapatos en los entrenamientos previos. Esta semana me pondré más serio con eso, a ver si marco un record ese día que cumplo medio siglo 😱

El día de hoy corrí a un ritmo relajado. A diferencia de toda la semana, lo hice en plano. Los otros cuatro entrenamientos fueron en subida, así que tendré bastante desnivel en el reporte de esta semana. El clima espectacular y con ganas de ir a la playa. Ya vi que @erilej entrenó allá y no invitó 😤

Seguimos el reto de Vaca Runners. Aunque estoy muy atrás. Si fuera por desnivel seguro que ganaría 🤣

I ran at a relaxed pace today. Unlike all week, I did it flat. The other four workouts were uphill, so I'll have quite a bit of elevation gain in this week's report. Spectacular weather and looking forward to going to the beach. I already saw that @erilej trained there and didn't invite 😤.
