Trying 3K for 5K Maraton at The End of The Year

Hello hive run, I need to introduce myself here. I'm Nurdiani, this is my first post here. Talking about running, I run almost every week, it's just that this month my world has been in chaos. So my weekly routine has become chaotic. I just started running again this week.

If I feel very stressed, I run almost every day at Gelora Bung Karno after finishing work. One thing I worry about is the distance. The distance from my office to this sports area takes about two hours. This discourages me from running. What about around the house? Maybe I'll try.

Last Saturday, I ran while waiting for Maghrib. I was fasting, and running seemed to fill the time before breaking the fast. However, I think this run was quite heavy. Not even one kilometer I felt pain in my stomach. This was burdensome for me.

I avoid running while fasting. During Ramadan, I tried to walk before fasting, I felt like I was going to faint. I thought my physical condition had improved, but yesterday I tried to run again. I should have run after breaking the fast. This is an important lesson for me.

Another thing I want to do towards the end of the year is to join a 5K marathon. I have to prepare myself physically. A 5K marathon is a short distance and short time, but I have to prepare myself physically first.

I will run diligently in the future to reach 5K. The most important thing is to fight laziness. That's all I can share in this post. Greetings and good health. See you in the next post.
