Principalmente por un tema de seguridad, he realizado la gran mayoría de mis carreras durante el día, sin embargo, al menos en 3 oportunidades he aprovechado para correr de noche, siendo una de ellas hoy.
Estaba en una plaza junto a @ruthnorvelis y @minerva1, revisando la configuración de la aplicación Strava, debido a que han tenido algunos inconvenientes con los registros en sus carreras recientes, así que estuvimos comprobando que todo estuviera bien, y realizando algunas pruebas. Al parecer todo está bien, aunque tendremos que esperar a sus próximas carreras para estar totalmente seguros.
De regreso a mi casa decidí venir trotando, aprovechando que la noche estaba bastante fresca y que la distancia estaba cercana a los 3 kilómetros. El ritmo fue de 6:48 minutos y en total recorrí 3 km. Fue la primera carrera de esta semana, y me sirve de entrenamiento para los próximos días.
Mi intención es realizar una carrera larga, superior a los 10 km y una corta, de al menos 5 kilómetros, para terminar de redondear una buena semana de entrenamientos. Estoy bastante contento por el hecho de que he podido mejorar el ritmo en las últimas carreras, y físicamente me he sentido bastante bien. Seguimos sumando kilómetros para #hiverun.

Mainly for a safety issue, I've done the vast majority of my runs during the day, however, at least 3 times I've taken the opportunity to run at night, one of them being today.
I was in a plaza with @ruthnorvelis and @minerva1, checking the Strava app settings, due to the fact that they have had some issues with the logs on their recent runs, so we were checking to make sure everything was ok, and doing some testing. Apparently everything is fine, although we'll have to wait for their next races to be absolutely sure.
On the way back to my house I decided to come jogging, taking advantage of the fact that the night was quite cool and the distance was close to 3 kilometers. The pace was 6:48 minutes and in total I covered 3 km. It was the first run of this week, and it serves as training for the next few days.
My intention is to do a long run, over 10 km and a short one, at least 5 km, to round off a good week of training. I'm quite happy for the fact that I've been able to improve the pace in the last races, and physically I've felt pretty good. We keep adding kilometers for #hiverun.
