Hi Runners...
I ended the week with 5 KM, which was my third installment for Pelindo Race & Ride 2024/ This time I had enough sleep, so I was fit enough to continue my virtual race.
Today, after finishing the Maghrib prayer, I immediately continued my virtual race. I took the track near my house, around the complex. I have long been used to the track around my house because it does not require a long time.
Just like before, on this run I didn't feel heavy because I had done enough warm-up. On the first KM I could run without a break (walking) even though with a slow pace. Until the 5th KM I also didn't take a long break, it was just walking for a while then continuing to run again

I stopped my run when I reached 5 KM. It was a good effort considering I rarely run up to 5KM. I then went to the coconut water seller to buy coconut water as my refreshment. I routinely drink coconut water after running, nowadays.
Here is my result after 3 times running. I get 22 KM for Pelindo, it's 10.87 left,
