Hola amigos de la colmena es un placer saludarles en esta nueva oportunidad, espero se encuentren bien 🙏 feliz dia del amor y la amistad para todos, en conmemoracion a este dia hoy tuve un pequeño compartir en el gimnasio con mis compañeros del turno de la mañana y el entrenador, es el primero que se realiza desde que estoy en este gimnasio y estuvo muy bueno

We all got organized and contributed money to buy a cake and some fruit. The decoration was done by a colleague who trains and is a decorator. We trained normally and then at the appropriate time our sharing began. We also had coffee, we took some photos, a cardio class was held and in general I had a great time, only it wasn't that long. Each person has a specific time to train, but I had a great time. I hope everyone had a happy day.
Entre todos nos organizamos y aportamos dinero para comprar un pastel y algunas frutas , la decoracion la realizo una compañera que entrena y es decoradora , entrenamos normal y luego a una hora correspondiente comenzo nuestro compartir teniamos tambien cafe , nos tomamos algunas fotos se realizo una clase de cardio y en general la pase muy bien solo que no fue tanto tiempo , cada persona tiene una hora determinada para entrenar pero la pase muy muy bien , espero que todos hayan tenido un feliz dia
