Hello GEMS Community! Welcome to my blog. Human rights are the main pillars to keep intact the building of humanity. Every human on this planet is reserved equal rights without discrimination of color, caste, gender, and nationality. To protect human rights, many organizations are working around the world. Although these organizations are present there are still regions where human rights are crushed in the name of War. Every human born on this planet has equal rights and these rights should be protected through thick and thin. I appreciate the efforts and greatest struggles of the United Nations which is the best institute working in the whole world to give surety to human rights.

Being a peaceful Citizen in Pakistan, I'm enjoying all human rights. Whenever someone tries to snatch my rights I always use Law procedures that make sure about my rights. According to the UN, we all have the following basic rights.

Freedom and Equality

We are all born free. We all are the same creatures of God. There should be no inferiority state to measure humanity. We all preserved equal rights in a country. No one can put us into a cell or cage provided that we have not broken any country law or have committed a serious crime. We have freedom of speech, freedom of money, and freedom to breathe under the shelter of our homeland. No one can stop us from following freely our rights.

Security

The country in which we are living has preserved the rights of security. It is our basic right and each government is entitled to provide security to our living, property, and assets. If someone attacks us then the state should take action against him or her.

No Slavery, Torture and Cruelty

A man should not be tortured, should not be put into slavery, and should not be treated with Cruelty. These things should not be practiced by anyone. Even if a master does these things with his servant then he should be punished according to law. No one can tease to anyone. Everyone has the same opportunities to enjoy life as other people have.

Right to reside within or out of the country

The states can't force anyone to reside in a limited territory. He has the right to leave a country whenever he wants and he can rejoin his country according to his will provided that he is a peaceful citizen of a state.

Nationality

No one can deprive a citizen of his nationality right. The person who is born in a country preserves the right to enjoy the nationality rights of that country.

Right for Property and Religion

Every human has a right to buy or sell property according to his terms and conditions. No Government can encourage him to sell or buy a specific landmark. Similarly, a man can spend his life with or without a religion. No government can pressure him to follow a specific religion. He can follow his religious rites and preach his religion.

Privacy

No Privacy breaches and No data leaks are allowed in any state. Every human has privacy rights that should not be manipulated.
