Life
Life is what happens in front of you while you look for the longed Happiness, but happiness is created, it does not depend on circumstances, it is the small achievements, the decisions that build our path, when we see the positive side of things and learn to love ourselves as we are.
I summarize my year with the word Life, I am grateful for the fact of having a family, friends, my home and above all to wake up every day. Maybe it sounds corny or stilted or repetitive, but I say it based on my personal experience and it allows me to develop my second word
Vida
La vida es lo que pasa delante de ti mientras buscas la anhelada Felicidad, pero la felicidad se crea, no depende de circunstancias, son los pequeños logros, las decisiones que construyen nuestro camino, cuando vemos el lado positivo de las cosas y aprendemos a amarnos como somos.
Resumo mi año con la palabra Vida, agradezco el hecho de tener una familia, amigos, mi hogar y sobre todo despertar cada dia. Tal vez suene cursi o rebuscado o repetitivo, pero lo digo con base en mi experiencia personal y me permite desarrollar mi segunda palabra.
Health
I am a Nurse, in March 2021 a Specialized Center for Respiratory Pathologies was inaugurated for patients affected by Covid-19, I started working 24 hours every 7 days.
It is a center that has 70 beds, during my shifts I saw many people die, when you feel death close to you, you learn to value life.
I had no time for recreation, I live in Venezuela where tourism is expensive and there was a restriction due to the virus.
In November in spite of being vaccinated I got infected with Covid 19, a lung almost collapsed, I lived the disease closely, I was afraid, thousands of questions came to my mind and I relate it to my next word.
Salud
Soy Enfermero, en marzo del año 2021 se inauguró un Centro Especializado de Patologías Respiratorias para pacientes afectados de Covid-19, comencé a trabajar en horarios de 24 horas cada 7 días.
Es un centro que tiene 70 camas, en mis guardias vi morir a muchas personas, cuando te toca sentir cerca la muerte aprendes a valorar la vida.
No tuve tiempo para esparcimiento, aparte de que vivo en Venezuela donde el turismo es costoso y hubo restricción por el Virus.
En Noviembre a pesar de estar vacunado me contagie con Covid 19, un pulmón casi colapsa, viví de cerca la enfermedad, tuve miedo, miles de preguntas llegaban a mi mente y lo relaciono con mi próxima palabra.
Hope
I am 58 years old, life went by so fast, obligations, work, I forgot to appreciate the beautiful moments that hide behind a smile or the singing of the birds and do the things I liked.
Hope was the word that came to mind when I recovered from Covid-19 so I started in Hive, I am planning a trip and preparing my retirement. I hope for the best in 2022.
Esperanza
Tengo 58 años la vida me paso tan rápido, las obligaciones, el trabajo me olvidé de apreciar los hermosos momentos que se esconde detrás de una sonrisa o en el cantar de los pájaros y realizar las cosas que me gustan.
Esperanza fue la palabra que se vino a la mente cuando me recupere del Covid-19 así que comencé en Hive, estoy planificando un viaje y preparando mi jubilación. Espero lo mejor del año 2022.
