Primero que nada, espero que la persona que este leyendo esto se encuentre muy bien, hoy quiero compartir lo que hice durante todos estos mesees fuera de hive

Para explicarles el contexto, estoy en el tercer semestre de Educación, específicamente en la mención de " Educación Especial", la cual va dirigida a niños, jóvenes y adultos en situación de discapacidad. Es una carrera muy amplia, muy exigente y sobretodo muy bonita, lo que queremos lograr es que estas personas estén preparados para afrontar la vida, que logren vencer las barreras , y que la sociedad acepte que existe esta población, que dependiendo del caso tienen cierto grado de discapacidad, pero en condiciones justas y con la preparación adecuada ellos pueden desenvolverse eficazmente a nivel profesional y personal
To explain the context, I am in the third semester of Education, specifically in the mention of "Special Education", which is aimed at children, youth and adults with disabilities. It is a very broad, very demanding and, above all, very beautiful career. What we want to achieve is that these people are prepared to face life, that they manage to overcome the barriers, and that society accepts that this population exists, that depending on the case, they have certain degree of disability, but under fair conditions and with adequate preparation they can function effectively at a professional and personal level
Aunque este semestre fue uno de los semestres mas dificiles que he tenido, aprendí muchísimo y tuve la hermosa oportunidad de realizar la practica profesional docente donde estuve durante casi tres meses en una institución de educación especial, fue una experiencia muy buena porque pude convivir con niños que tenían diferentes condiciones y eso me permitió conocerlos, aprender de ellos, compartir con ellos y por supuesto querer mucho más la Educación❤
Although this semester was one of the most difficult semesters I have ever had, I learned a lot and had the wonderful opportunity to do my professional teaching practice where I spent almost three months in a special education institution. It was a very good experience because I was able to live with children. who had different conditions and that allowed me to meet them, learn from them, share with them and of course want Education much more❤

Realmente la universidad, las actividades asignadas, mi trabajo y algunas situaciones de mi vida personal ..... consumieron todo mi tiempo y al principio me frustre mucho!, porque al iniciar este año yo tenia muchísimas metas y con el pasar de los meses sentía que las horas pasaban muy rápido, los días no me rendían, y no lograba todo lo que quería lograr......
The university, the assigned activities, my work and some situations in my personal life really consumed all my time and at first I was very frustrated! Because at the beginning of this year I had many goals and as the months went by I felt that the hours passed very quickly, the days did not give me up, and I did not achieve everything I wanted to achieve......
Ahora estoy en calma porque después de todo, con esta experiencia aprendí muchooo más la importancia de la organización y la disciplina en nuestro día a día para lograr nuestros objetivos. Ahora sé que no es bueno saturarse con muchaaas actividades diarias porque solo terminamos mas cansados y no cumplimos todo. Para mí, lo mejor es priorizar diariamente todo lo que necesitamos hacer , no descuidar nuestras rutinas (de ejercicio, de lectura, de amor propio, etc), utilizar temporizador para tardarnos menos y por supuestooo tener nuestros momentos de descanso. Lo que yo estoy haciendo es escribir mis metas del mes y después organizo cada semana y cada día en función de esas metas y de las cositas que se vayan presentado, porque podemos tener muy bien planeada nuestra vida pero no debemos olvidar que la vida es una cajita de sorpresas!
Now I am calm because after all, with this experience I learned a lot more about the importance of organization and discipline in our day to day to achieve our goals. Now I know that it is not good to get saturated with many daily activities because we only end up more tired and we do not fulfill everything. For me, the best thing is to prioritize everything we need to do on a daily basis, not neglect our routines (exercise, reading, self-esteem, etc.), use a timer to take less time and of course have our moments of rest. What I am doing is writing my goals for the month and then I organize each week and each day based on those goals and the little things that come up, because we can have our lives very well planned but we must not forget that life is a Small box of surprises!
