En la cuarentena pasaron muchas cosas que definitivamente cambiaron el mundo, no hablo solamente por mí, porque siento que fue algo que nos cambió la vida totalmente a todos. En mi caso, dentro de todo lo malo que pude llegar a vivir, quiero rescatar el momento donde sin pensar en lo que podía pasar, decidí ir por sueño.
In my forties many things happened that definitely changed the world, and I am not only speaking for myself, because I feel that it was something that totally changed everyone's life. In my case, among all the bad things I could have experienced, I want to rescue the moment when, without thinking about what could happen, I decided to go for my dream.
Decidí comprarme mi primera cámara, en contra de todos, tome cosas que tenía en casa y las vendí a escondidas. Mi familia pensó que era algo totalmente innecesario que no me llevaría a ningún lado, pensaron que fue algo que hice por moda. Sin saber que tengo en mente algo mucho más grande, un sueño que sé que es posible, una meta que se está materializando.
I decided to buy my first camera, against everyone, I took things I had at home and sold them on the sly. My family thought it was something totally unnecessary that would get me nowhere, they thought it was something I did for fashion. Not knowing that I have something much bigger in mind, a dream that I know is possible, a goal that is materializing.
Escogí el HRZ porque en aquel momento, supe que tenía que tener algo que me recordara de dónde vengo y lo que soy. Esas tres letras serían mi abreviatura a Hernández, mi apellido. Lo que soy, lo único que he tenido y me pertenece desde el día que nací.
I chose HRZ because at that moment, I knew I had to have something to remind me of where I come from and what I am. Those three letters would be my abbreviation to Hernandez, my last name. What I am, the only thing I have had and belong to me since the day I was born.
Y aquí estoy buscando por todas partes, haciendo lo posible para convencer a todos de que no estaba equivocado. Ésto es lo que quiero, ésto es lo que me hace feliz, ésto es lo que me apasiona y lo estoy logrando... ¿Hasta dónde serías capaz de llegar para cumplir tus sueños?
And here I am looking everywhere, doing my best to convince everyone that I was not wrong. This is what I want, this is what makes me happy, this is what I'm passionate about and I'm achieving it... How far would you be able to go to fulfill your dreams?
