Hi good morning everyone it's my day off today so I have time to cook what i want to eat for myself I crave salmon soup so I woke up early and went to the market to buy salmon fish it was in the pack and sliced already and e I chose the salmon with bones so that it tasted better in the soup, I only bought a little because I was the only one to eat it.
I also bought cabbage and tomatoes because this is what is lacking in the house, so the first thing I do is I wash the fish very well and I heat the oil in the pan I put ginger in the oil when the pan is already hot so I put ginger in frying to remove the fish bad smell and then I put the fish to fry.
So while I was frying, I cook onion, garlic, ginger and tomato and the another pan I waited until the tomatoes were caramelized, then I added a pinch of salt, then I put a bowl of water, I covered it and I waited until the water is boiling.
After the broth was boiling, I put the salmon on it, I also added a little salt and spices and I covered it again and waited for about 3 minutes to simmer again and I put the cabbage for 2 min.
