Hola a todos cómo están?, como saben estoy empezando un pequeño negocio informal de venta de brownies, afortunadamente me ha ido bien y si he podido vender, pero sobre todo a las personas les ha gustado mucho. Por lo que al vender necesito reponer los insumos o ingredientes para poder hacerlos y de esto les vengo a contar de como los compro y en que me fijo al momento de comprarlos.

Luego fui a otro negocio en donde compre la margarina, azúcar y harina; en cuanto a la margarina solo necesito que se pueda integrar bien a la mezcla ya que esta va derretida, la harina solo necesito que sea leudante para que crezca un poco sin necesidad de usar polvo de hornear y la azúcar no tengo un criterio para esta ya que en general todas son iguales. Además todas son marcas que ya he probado y sé que me resultaran para que los brownies queden bien.

Siempre trato de comprar un poco más para no tener que ir a comprar tan seguido y por si necesito hacer más de último momento; como en Venezuela la inflación económica se come los precios coloco un precio de referencia en dólares y económicos en comparación con los de la calle (o mercado, como le quieran decir). Espero que mi experiencia le sirva de algo y que nunca es tarde para poder emprender.
