Hoy quiero compartir otra receta con Uds y se trata nada más y nada menos que los
¡Mini Tequeños! O Deditos de Queso, no sé cómo los llaman en su país…

Hello, hiverchefs!

Today I want to share another recipe with you and it is nothing less than the
Mini Tequeños! Or Cheese Fingers, I don't know what they call them in your country...

Solo son 5 INGREDIENTES:

• 500gr Harina de Trigo.
• 2 cucharadas de Polvo de Hornear.
• 6 cucharadas de Aceite.
• 1 Huevo.
• 250gr de Queso.

There are only 5 INGREDIENTS:

• 500gr Wheat Flour.
• 2 spoonfuls of Baking Powder.
• 6 spoonfuls of Oil.
• 1 Egg.
• 250gr of Cheese.

PROCEDIMIENTO 1:
Cernir la harina de trigo y agregar el polvo de hornear. Colocar en un envase grande para poder amasar luego.

PROCESS 1:
Sift the wheat flour and add the baking powder. Place in a large bowl to knead later.

PROCEDIMIENTO 2:
Agregar el huevo y el aceite.

PROCESS 2:
Add the egg and the oil.

PROCEDIMIENTO 3:
Amasar hasta compactar todos los ingredientes y dejar reposar por 30 o 45 minutos.

PROCESS 3:
Knead until all the ingredients are compacted and leave to rest for 30 or 45 minutes.

PROCEDIMIENTO 4:
Picar el queso en rectángulos.

PROCESS 4:
Chop the cheese into rectangles.

PROCEDIMIENTO 5:
Tomar una cantidad de la masa y estirar con un rodillo.

PROCESS 5:
Take a quantity of dough and stretch with a roller.

PROCEDIMIENTO 6:
Cortar una tira de la masa y luego envolverlo en el trozo de queso hasta taparlo.

PROCESS 6:
Cut a strip of dough and then wrap it in the piece of cheese until it is covered.

PROCEDIMIENTO 7:
Repetir el procedimiento 6 con la masa y el queso.

PROCESS 7:
Repeat procedure 6 with the dough and the cheese.

PROCEDIMIENTO 8:
Calentar previamente el sartén con aceite y luego colocar los mini tequeños (Deditos de queso) allí hasta que se cocinen.

¡LISTO!
Ya podemos degustarnos de ricos mini tequeños.
BONUS: Pueden untarlos con chocolate o cualquier salsa.

Preheat the pan with oil and then place the mini tequeños (cheese fingers) there until they are cooked.
