Buena energía en este día, feliz inicio de semana mi gente bonita que nuestro padre celestial nos bendiga y nos guie por el camino más provechoso para su obra, ante cualquier otra cosa debemos darle gracias a Dios por permitirnos estar nuevamente juntos en este compartir de la vida.
Quiero compartir con ustedes algo que sucederá el día miércoles y para lo cual nos estamos preparando, mi hermana Carmen presenta su tesis de postgrado en supervisión educativa, un logro más en su carrera profesional, para tal fin hemos estado apoyándola con la presentación y los detalles para los jurados; bueno debo de confesar que @roadstories mucho más que yo, como saben entre sus tantas virtudes está el manejo de todo este tema tecnológico, se le da muy bien.
Cuando estábamos estructurando dicha presentación Carmen me comenta que le gustaría cerrar con un bonito mensaje y nos pusimos a buscar una reflexión que hace un pastor de una iglesia, creo que evangélica, en fin, a mi parecer esta reflexión que encontramos es muy buena y deja un mensaje claro sobre los profesionales y los apasionados, cuál es la diferencia entre ambos, en realidad guardo otros mensajes que me gustaría que ustedes descubrieran.
En lo particular, considero que en todo lo que hacemos en necesario la pasión pero sana, esa que te motiva a hacer las cosas bien y mejor como decía mi papá, que te motiva a ser cada día más innovador, proactivo, dinámico e ingenioso, ser cada vez más eficaz. No con esto quiero decir que la profesionalización no es necesaria, todo lo contrario cada día es más necesario que seamos profesionales integrales y en esa integridad entra la pasión.
En el video se nos plantea una entrevista para un trabajo donde el jefe supremo, es decir, el dueño de dicha organización tiene un prototipo claro de qué es lo que necesita para su empresa. Para iniciar con aquella ronda de entrevistas, publicó un anuncio diciendo que solicitaba personal de nuevo ingreso, la empresa es una de las más reconocidas en la industria, esa donde todos quisieran trabajar, desde luego hubo una gran convocatoria del público que anhelaba un empleo allí.
A la entrevista se presentó los más y mejores preparados en lo que a estudio se refiere, profesionales con la más grande experiencia, de igual forma se presentó gente común, sin mucho parafernalia académica mas que las ganas de un empleo. La entrevista transcurre de una forma tranquila y sencilla, simples preguntas y descarte, en el momento de la entrevista de un señor poco preparado para la entrevista, allí donde está el nudo de este video, donde se plantea el qué hacer con el miedo al fracaso, el desánimo y muchos otros sentimientos que nos embargan en el día a día.

I want to share with you something that will happen on Wednesday and for which we are preparing, my sister Carmen is presenting her graduate thesis in educational supervision, another achievement in her professional career, for this purpose we have been supporting her with the presentation and the details for the jurors; well I must confess that @roadstories much more than me, as you know among her many virtues is the handling of all this technological subject, she is very good at it.
When we were structuring this presentation Carmen told me that she would like to close with a nice message and we started to look for a reflection made by a pastor of a church, I think evangelical, well, in my opinion this reflection that we found is very good and leaves a clear message about the professionals and the passionate, what is the difference between the two, actually I keep other messages that I would like you to discover.
In particular, I believe that in everything we do, passion is necessary but healthy, that passion that motivates you to do things well and better as my dad used to say, that motivates you to be more innovative, proactive, dynamic and ingenious every day, to be more and more effective. This is not to say that professionalization is not necessary, on the contrary, every day it is more and more necessary for us to be integral professionals, and passion is part of that integrity.
In the video we are presented with an interview for a job where the supreme boss, that is, the owner of the organization, has a clear prototype of what he needs for his company. To start with that round of interviews, he published an ad saying that he was looking for new personnel, the company is one of the most recognized in the industry, the one where everyone would like to work, of course there was a great call from the public who longed for a job there.
The interview was attended by the most and best prepared in terms of study, professionals with the greatest experience, as well as common people, without much academic paraphernalia but the desire for a job.
