Making fruit Salad For Father's Day Because It's My Dad's Favorite

Hola hivers!! Today is father's day and i want to share with you how our father's day went.

Earlier i went to lacion because i attend Christening of my friend's nephew and i am going to share that on my next blog! hehe.

After the christening i went to sm concolacion to buy ingredients for fruit salad because it is my papa's favorite dessert, so instead of buying cake me and my sister decided to make fruit salad. The moment i arrived at the grocery store i get fruit cocktail and condensed milk but the line is so long to reach the counter so i returned what i got on their places and i decided to go to the mall near me to buy the ingredients needed. When i arrived there i get cart and a basket right away and there's a lot of people in here too but it is fine because it is just near me and i can just ride a motorcycle for me to go home. Since the line is long i get the fruit cocktail first and put it in my basket and leave my basket in the line and i get the other ingredients needed. I got fruit cocktail, condensed milk, cheese and three different colors of nata de coco because i love to eat nata de coco, maccaroni pasta and mayonnaise btw i didn't get cram because we still have one at home.

I stayed in line for almost an hour because today is peak season especially that it's father's day.

When i reach the counter and paid everything. When i got home and saw happiness on papa's eyes, i know he's not expecting anything he just know that i will attend my friends nephew's christening

Fist we opened the fruit cocktail and drained it using strainer to remove excess fruit juice on it and put it in a container

After that we drained nata de coco too and put it in a container with the fruit cocktail

Next is we put the Cream, condensed milk and the cheese. We mixed it all togethere and put it in the chiller to make it a bit cold. My papa is very happy with the dessert that we made.

To my papa,
Thank you for all the sacrifices that you've made just to make us live comfortable, we may struggle sometimes finacially but you, mama and ate always make way to have something on the table so that we will not starve and i appreciate you all for that. I love all of you and you are my inspiration in everything i do. When i was a kid i'm always upset because you are so strict even until now but i just realized you just save me in different aspects of life.

To all father's out there happy father's day! I just want you to know that your hardwork are appreciated and May god give you more lives to live so that you will witness your childrens achievements and thank you all for all the good things that you've done for your family, goodbless you always!
