On this occasion I would like to share this Initiative of our beloved @gabygonz Three Words to define a year that was undoubtedly the beginning of many things
1.- Crecimiento
Sin duda alguna el año 2021 fue eso Crecimiento, muchas cosas que nos espere llegaron sin buscarlas, solo porque el destino y la vida me colocaron en el sitio indicado para decir y hacer lo correcto.
A diferencia del año 2020 en el que me sentí estancada, para el año 2021 todo arranco y se fue colocando en su sitio. Crecí, como madre, como profesional, como persona, llegue a espacios que no esperaba. Nuevas puertas se abrieron ante mi, nuevas oportunidades se presentaron.
1.- Growth
Without a doubt the year 2021 was that Growth, many things that await us came without looking for them, just because fate and life placed me in the right place to say and do the right thing.
Unlike the year 2020 in which I felt stagnant, by the year 2021 everything started and was placed in place. I grew up, as a mother, as a professional, as a person, I came to spaces I didn't expect. New doors opened before me, new opportunities presented themselves.
2.- Estabilidad
El año 2021 me enseño a valorar lo mucho y poco que tengo, siempre que tenga a mi familia con salud tengo Estabilidad, en lo primero que pensé en medio de una pandemia fue en mi familia, claro en el ingreso financiero, pero hasta en ese nivel tuve la ayuda oportuna de #HIVE y su comunidad maravillosa, lo demás fue instinto, resguardarnos y resguardar a mi familia ante todo. Entendí que eso era mas que suficiente.
2.- Stability
The year 2021 taught me to value how much and little I have, as long as I have my family in health I have Stability, the first thing I thought in the middle of a pandemic was in my family, of course in the financial income, but even at that level I had the timely help of #HIVE and its wonderful community, the rest was instinct, protecting ourselves and my family first and foremost. 3.- Resiliencia
Pude adaptarme a las situaciones adversas obteniendo resultados positivos. enfocada en los factores no solo individuales, sino también familiares y comunitarios y hasta culturales.
En primero instancia sentí un estado de animo «compensatorio», luego llegue a nivel de «protección» y por último llegue a nivel de «desafío».
Siento que llegue a tener éxito de modo aceptable para la sociedad a pesar de un estrés o de una adversidad que implica normalmente un grave riesgo de resultados negativos.
3.- Resilience
I was able to adapt to adverse situations obtaining positive results. focused on factors not only individual, but also family and community and even cultural.
First I felt a "compensatory" state of mind, then I reached the level of "protection" and finally reached the level of "challenge".
I feel that I will succeed in a way that is acceptable to society despite stress or of an adversity that usually involves a serious risk of negative results.
