Hola comunidad de nuevo yo por acá. Mi post de hoy tratará de mi experiencia y reto el cual fue no aplicar ningún tipo de calor a mi cabello, como secadoras y/o planchas. Toda la vida se me a dicho que tengo un "pelo malo" y que liso se me vería mejor, hoy en día soy una chica grande y amo mi cabello.
Hello community, I'm here again. My post today will be about my experience and challenge which was to not apply any type of heat to my hair, like blow dryers and/or flat irons. All my life I have been told that I have "bad hair" and that straight would look better, today I am a big girl and I love my hair.

Les voy a confesar que fue difícil para mí, mi cabello no tenía casi forma, y me sentía que andaba despeinada todo el tiempo, sin embargo ya había empezado y no podía dar vuelta atrás era importante que detuviera la plancha, MI CABELLO SE CAIA A MECHONES, también tenía decoloración lo que no ayudaba mucho. Tenía que darle forma a mis rizos, no sé formaban por si solos, realmente estaba frustrada.
I am going to confess that it was difficult for me, my hair had almost no shape, and I felt like I was messy all the time, however I had already started and I couldn't turn back, it was important that I stopped the iron, MY HAIR WAS FALLING IN SHARP STRIPS, I also had bleached hair which didn't help much. I had to shape my curls, they wouldn't form on their own, I was really frustrated.

Paso a paso encontré productos para mi cabello que lograrán que tomara su forma anterior; con el paso del tiempo me di cuenta que mi cabello estaba creciendo y los espacios vacíos en mi cuero cabelludo tenían cabello nuevo.
Step by step I found products for my hair that would bring it back to its former shape; as time went by I noticed that my hair was growing and the empty spaces in my scalp had new hair in them.

La respuesta es SI, TOTALMENTE ame el estilo que le daba a mi rostro, siempre me pintaba el cabello de mil colores para darme un aspecto más adulto/diferente y quién imaginaria que un estilo realmente natural era lo que necesitaba. No he puesto en mi cabello ningún tipo de tintes, ni keratinas y se siente diferente, sano y lindo.
The answer is YES, I TOTALLY loved the style it gave my face, I always painted my hair in a thousand colors to give me a more adult/different look and who knew that a really natural style was what I needed. I haven't put any dyes or keratins in my hair and it feels different, healthy and pretty.

A diferencia de las fotos anteriores, en estás los rizos miren como están más definidos y el cabello no se ve tan reseco. Con esto les digo que no solo es dejar el calor y los químicos agresivos, es también aplicar los productos correctos y pueden verlo con los resultados

Siempre lo he dicho, no importa que te pongas, lleves, o hagas lo principal que tienes que tener es actitud y sobretodo SEGURIDAD EN TI MISMA, después de comentarios como "Te explotó una bomba en el cabello" "¿No te da calor tanto cabello?", los mismos cambian a "Me encanta tu cabello" "Lo quiero así" "¿Cómo haces para el cabello te quede así?" Y los comentarios no me importan, pero fíjense lo importante que es la seguridad en lo que decidas para ti
I have always said it, no matter what you wear or do, the main thing you have to have is attitude and above all SECURITY IN YOURSELF, after comments like "A bomb exploded in your hair" "Doesn't so much hair make you hot?", they change to "I love your hair" "I want it like this" "How do you make your hair look like this?" Me alegra en verdad que hayas recuperado tu cabello rizado que es tan hermoso, tengo un par de primas y conocidas que por obsesionarse con la plancha se dañaron su cabello precioso y volverlos a recuperar les ha costado mucho y no tienen la paciencia para ello, Papá Dios nos dio todo acorde a cada uno de nosotros, es chévere alisarlo pero también es mejor tener sus rizos espectaculares.
Observación, tu genial post para la próxima creo puedes publicar en una comunidad específica para ello, debes averiguar bien, ahorita no recuerdo, algo de belleza, creo sería ideal.
