Una nube andaba buscando,
a su perro sonrojado,
pero, no logra encontrarlo,
pues muy bien se habia ocultado,
entre nubarrones claros.
A cloud was looking for,
for his blushing dog,
but could not find him,
for he had hidden himself well,
between clear clouds.
También lo buscó en el pastizal,
pero no lo observó por allá
y es que el astuto animal,
se había cubierto con césped real
logrando un camuflaje espectacular.
He also looked for him in the pasture,
but he did not see it there
because the cunning animal
had covered himself with real grass
achieving a spectacular camouflage.
La nube pensó que debía ser más audaz
y esta vez buscó un lugar para esperar
cuando el perro se quiso ocultar,
en un armario de gran capacidad,
la nube salió y el canino no pudo esconderse más.
The cloud thought it should be bolder
and this time it looked for a place to wait
when the dog wanted to hide,
in a large cupboard,
the cloud came out and the canine could hide no longer.
Y es que aquella nube blanca
quería bañar al perro que sucio estaba,
con agua y espuma blanca,
para que su pelo suave quedará
y su color se renovara.
And that white cloud
wanted to bathe the dog that was dirty,
with water and white foam,
so that his fur would be soft
and its color renewed.
