Lentil Bara Recipe

Hi guys how are you all. Hope you all are well. Today I have come to you with a beautiful recipe. The recipe that I am going to share today is the recipe of lentil dal mooch moche.I can't make good recipes. I still tried. Hope you all like it. Let's get started.............

Below are the materials that are available
1.Lentils 1/2 kg.
2.Oil 250 grams.
3.Onion 100 grams.
4.garlic 150 grams.
5.Chilli 50 grams.
6.Garam masala 25 grams.
7.turmeric 1 spoon.
8.salt 2 spoons.

1.First I will soak the lentils in water for about 1 hour. Then take them out in a bowl.

2.I will paste the lentils well. I will paste chili, garam masala and garlic along with the paste lentils. Then mix it well with salt, turmeric, onion batter and make a paste.

3.After making the lentil paste, I put the wok on the stove. The wok is hot, now I will add oil.

4.When the wok oil is hot, put the lentil paste into the wok oil in small pieces by hand.Fry in oil for about 15 minutes with a wok. Lentils will be light brown in color and will fall out of the wok and put them in the bowl.

It looks like an interesting recipe. My wife and I have tried some recipes with lentils, I will have to try this one.
