They're super easy to make and they're perfect if you have boiled eggs that's been seating in your fridge and you just don't feel like eating them plain.

Here's how I made my deviled eggs:

Ingredients :
7 boiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayo
1 tablespoon mustard
About half teaspoon lemon juice
sprinkle black peppers and paprika

Preparation :

  1. Cut the eggs in half the long way. Scoop all the egg yolks and put in a bowl.

  2. Add mayo, mustard, lemon, peppers and paprika, then mix well. Scop the egg yolk mixture back to the egg whites.

You can use vinegar if you don't have any lemon available. Note, that you can always adjust the amount of ingredients to your liking.

Tip: make a big batch and store in your fridge for at least three days. They're good for a guilt-free afternoon snack!
