Hello there, I hope you are doing well despite the issues that have been going on in the world lately. I would like to thank you for joining me today for an important milestone! Today marks my very first week with Hive. I've been loving it so far because I finally realized my dream of bringing my thoughts into words.

I've always thought that in order to write, you would need to follow a formula used by successful content creators. However, the more I go through their work, the more I realize that each has their own way of doing what they do. There's no general formula! So I sat on my chair, stared at the screen, and tapped away at the keyboard; my fingers releasing the thoughts that are swirling in my head.

“Instead of worrying about what you cannot control, shift your energy to what you can create.”

Welcome to Hive. I've been here since August 2017, although Hive is relatively new, I started on the other place :) I like @actifit and it keeps me in the habit of taking some photos every day and doing 10k steps. I also like @steemmonsters. Going to be interesting to see what happens with Hive now. There's a good active community here, I hope that inspires more app developers.

Thanks for the resteem, upvotes and follow @sharpshot!

Yup, I like @actifit as well, it keeps me motivated to have some healthy walk! I'm also hoping to gradually increase my steps per day.

For few weeks I've been on this platform, I realised that Hiveblog is not just only enterprising but an educational platform that boosts your reading and writing skills while building your reputation. Also, most communities here have rules guiding them that must be followed strictly to avoid been muted or banned. Writeup and Images from other sites are to be referenced or sourced where necessary. It's rewarding but requires learning, creativity, interaction, patience and persistence for one to grow. Nice post @schneidy, wishing you Good luck and happy blogging.

Hi @Daniky, thank you for the response. You are correct, Hive is not just a place that you can blog but a place you can learn. There's so many things to discover! I wish you good luck as well.

Welcome to the platform, and really a helpful and inspiring quote you shared!
