I do weight training to keep in shape and tone my muscles, my friend @suratkhan786. But, I also practice some cardio disciplines such as aerobics, zumba, dance therapy, pilates and kickboxing. Besides that, I'm also a sports lover and I've been going back to my healthy version for the last 8 months. Greetings.
