I see it but how do I move it to where other 4 are? It doesn’t appear to be possible no? It’s posted under personal and not in same section as the ones I can freely move around?

Gene, are you talking about your PROFILE on PEAKd? That is what I was referring to. You have no control over what is seen and the placement thereof in your Hive Buzz account profile.
On PeakD, you are allowed to display 8 badges that can be highlighted on your Profile. There, you can choose from your regular Profile to move around, up and down into position as you wish.
You can do it easily on Peakd by dragg and dropping using the control icon, like I show you on the following screenshoot. You have to previously click the 'more' button at the right hand of badges on your profile:
