There are many ways we exercise our body,mind and soul,
Some of them are running, taking a walk, jumping, jogging, skipping, skiing, football, basketball, table tennis etc.

All this are beneficial for our body it helps us stay young and active, always ready to go on a regular basis .

But there is another exercise that is so important and many choose to look above it or the totally choose to ignore it.

CLEANING EXERCISE.
THE Afore mention exercise help in keeping the body inform that is why many people cling to it , some will even register and become a member in any of this sports and fitness clubs.

As this one is beneficial so is the effort we but in cleaning the environment.
One of the benefits is healthy living, good health and fresh air .
This too is important in human life,those who failed to keep their surroundings neat always pay for it.
They always have one disease or another atime their lives will be in danger.
