I have a couple of things to ask here.

  1. Are the proposals that we are mentioning under the archon framework needs to be technical?
  2. Does proposal under this system means developing tools or changing UI etc ?
  3. What are the requirements to make a proposal ? Like in a business-plan we provide financial projections, ROI etc
  4. Can any community member make proposal?

    1. Not too technical , there are already ready made codes which you can copy-paste .
    2. You can pass any proposal .
      • In order to make sure it gets registered in the blockchain , you can put a small code in the proposal like . Transferring 1 POB to '@amr008' and memo includes 'Community accepts UI change for 100 POB per month by paying to @amr008'
    3. Depends on what the founder and taskmanager agrees . On sportstalksocial it is like you have to transfer 100k SPORTS to @sports-gov before you make a proposal . This is done to filter out non-sense proposals but you can remove this feature too or you can add like - 5 POB has to be sent to @pob-fund to make the proposal valid .
    4. Any member can make the proposal , he need not even have any POB staked to make it .
