RE: We went painting at Pottery Place for the third time

It does work actually. Too bad I didn’t learn about it until after 90+ hours of tattoos.

There is a type of cream that you put on after you’ve already been tattooed some, usually after the outline. There has to be open wounds for it to work. Can work for a couple hours, but it does wear off eventually.

ULTRANUMB lidocaine 6% 10g

There is another type that is similar, you put it on before the tattoo and cover it with Saran Wrap and wait for awhile. Then once you get to the shop remove it and it should work for a few hours.
GREENCAINE BLAST lidocaine 4% gel 4 Oz. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00I080RUW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_ANFJ5302P8NT3V7QVY6S

For extremely long sessions this can help a lot of people. You really don’t feel a thing besides vibrations. Some look at it as cheating, but it’s totally your choice of course. Some people want to go through the pain and some do not.

Ah yes cheating. I also watched some videos with people saying that the pain is an important part of the tatttoing process. I guess it depends on the person
