I'd be more interested in the hiking than the photography. Carting a tripod around doesn't sound like much fun. @galenkp loves a bit of South Australian outback.
Man that looks fully sick! There are some good trails my way that ive been itching to have a go at but like you will need to get in some training. Will watch on with anticipation and hopefully get some motivation from your journey! Good luck my man!

60 days is for the whole Heysen Trail, one way. I'm only doing half of that, so they say 30 days. But it will likely take longer for me. I have a propensity to stop and explore along the way. It's all about the journey anyway
