The rover for the caves of the moon.

For humans living on the moon in the coming decades, it will be quite a challenge, coexistence on the moon will have many problems because of course it does not have an atmosphere or a protective magnetosphere, and humans will be exposed to radiation cosmic and the effect of micrometeorites because, I have taken care of what here on earth we call shooting stars, which are the specks of dust that comets or asteroids leave in their wake and that end up disintegrating in the atmosphere without causing any problem, producing that if a beautiful spectacle, because on the moon they are authentic bombardments that fall to the ground with the power of a rifle bullet.

The moon suffers the same meteor showers that the earth suffers, so we would have a shower of these micrometeorites practically every month, for that reason those illustrations where lunar bases appear where we see beautiful glass greenhouses, be careful because it will be that the bases do not Lunar spots of the future will be bunkers, they will look like a nuclear bunker, but there is a special place on the moon or rather many special places on the moon, I am referring to caves.

Moon caves are abundant and have a huge capacity some are kilometers long, these moon caves are a very interesting target for scientists to study. to know the conditions that exist in them and because in the future they may be the ideal places to build human bases, for this reason the European space agency has developed a project to explore the lunar caves with a very curious robot explorer.

It would be a rover that would travel on a lander, but the curious thing about this rover is that it has a kind of extendable arm from which an exploration probe can be hung and that exploration probe would be the one that would go down to the door of the cave to be able to analyze what is in it.

These lunar caves are similar to those on Mars, because both the caves on the Moon and those on Mars, like many on Earth, are of volcanic origin, they are volcanic tubes.

The past of the moon had active volcanoes and a very intense volcanism, precisely from there these lunar caves arose, in the first photo we really see are the holes, the opening holes, it was formed either by the impact of a small asteroid that drilled the tube that is below we see the opening of a cave that can be a tunnel of kilometers in length, some I already say that they are enormous they could fit entire cities.

They would be the ideal place for us humans to take shelter and be able to have an activity without the risk of micrometeorites or radiation.

That is a really exciting Moon exploration mission. Have you noticed that they are announcing so many missions to the Moon lately? Sometimes I think on what has really changed right now.

There are so many things that are not said and unknown, that if one thinks concisely, that is the main reason for the increase in interest in exploring the moon.

What do you know now that 60 years ago you didn't know!!

if we really can go there and make a settlement in the moon that would be really great, but what will be the impact it has on the earth?

The impact would be the value that all this entails.
Is that the mere fact that to conquer other worlds we must conquer the moon, in addition to all the strategic that would be.
