Alright, fasting for 29 or 30 days should reduce consumption. For the first look, it can be true but when we do fasting from morning about 5 o'clock to 6 o'clock in the evening, our appetite will increase. We do not eat for about 12-13 hours. Badly, most of people cook or gather a lot of food on the dining table in fasting break.

Here the consumption increase, moms spend more money to buy food or raw food for special menu for fasting break and early breakfast. We also eat in the early morning at 4:00 to 4;30 AM.

Most mistakes are that more people gather various food, snacks and sweet beverage on dining table. Sometimes, we only eat little of the served food. Economically, the tradition is not good but this what happens why consumption in fasting month increase.
