Some Drops 💦 | POBphotocontest

in Proof of Brain2 months ago (edited)

Hello friends!

I happened to see the Friendlymoose contest today and remembered that I have some recent photos that might fit the theme of this week's contest, Wetness.

It's been rainy in the city these days and sometimes while I'm heading to work early I take the time to take pictures which I can't do when I'm running very late.

A couple of days ago I noticed the dew on the plants so I decided to stop and take some pictures, unfortunately, my cell phone doesn't have a macro mode, so I did the best I could with the settings on my phone to make the tiny drops visible.

I also found this tiny spider web catching several drops of dew, I guess the spider didn't expect his bed to get wet!

These images were taken with my cell phone an iPhone SE, in Vigo, Spain and are exclusively for this contest.

About the POBPhotocontest by @friendlymoose

The #POBphotocontest is a weekly photography contest with a different subject every week. It runs from Sunday until next Sunday (8:00 PM CEST).
My intention is to make this contest accessible for everyone; from experienced photographers with professional cameras to beginners shooting with their phone camera. Everyone can join!

Every week you can create a blog post for this contest with at least one photo that that meets the subject of that week. That photo needs to be the first photo in the post.
Although it is allowed to use a photo from your archive it is more fun to go out and shoot new photographs.

Your photo should tell a story by itself, but also write something about your photo or photo's in your post. Share some background information about the subject, location or techniques you used and why you submitted this photo for the contest....

For more information about the contest, you can check out this publication 👇
