I struggle with space in the workshop at work, and the grinder on the mini table got in the way the most. I had to keep moving it and it wouldn't attach to the table, but it moved on its own when sanding. Well, just great work.

V dílničce v práci bojuji s místem a nejvíc mi překážela bruska na mini stolečku. Musel jsem ji stále posouvat a nešla pripevnit ke stolu ale při broušení jezdila sama . No prostě super práce .

Vyrobíme si tedy otočný mezikus a tím vyřešíme problém s posouváním na broušení na brusném pásu.

We outline the shape of the sander from below and cut the board with a small overlap. I put 1cm more on each side.

Obkreslíme si tvar brusky zespodu a ořízneme desku s malým přesahem. Já dal na každou stranu o 1CM víc.

We drill the center of the board at the same time as the table at the given place that we choose for the sander. Holes at the bottom of the edges too, only 2 are enough.

střed desky vyvrtáme současně se stolem na daném místě které zvolíme pro brusku. Díry dole na okrajích také, stačí jen 2.

We screw it to the table where we have a locking nut at the bottom.

Přišroubujeme ke stolu kde dole máme zajištovací matici.

We grease 2 wide washers against each other and insert them between the table and the board to achieve a sliding joint.

2 široké podložky namažeme proti sobě a vložíme mezi stul a desku at dosáhneme kluzného spoje.

We screw on the sander with some screws.
We just insert the locking screws and the sander does not turn on its own, and we are done. rotatable but at the same time firmly attached sander that does not get in the way.

Přišroubujeme nějakými vruty brusku.
Už jen vložíme zajištovací šroubky at se nám bruska neotáčí samovolně a máme hotovo. otočná ale přitom pevně připevněná bruska která nepřekáží.
