Haven't seen some mushrooms like that here in our place. I just seen some but not as big as that. We have mushroom also here near in our house. It's grows in the fallen tree called "bule"

These ones are not common here either, well, I very rarely find mushrooms at all. But seems that on these trees, by the river, in late autumn they like to grow. They are huge fungi, as you saw. :)
Haven't seen yet huge fungi here in our place. Maybe there is in some forest though
