Uniquely shaped and poisonous mushrooms

I don't understand this type of mushroom.
I found this type of mushroom when I went to an oil palm plantation, and I saw it growing on the trunk of a dead palm tree, and it grew so much and was very fertile, according to my grandmother, I said this mushroom should not be eaten because it was afraid of being poisonous.
