FungiFriday / Trametes versicolor / Hohenbuehelia /Lentinus

in FungiFriday3 years ago

This is one of my contributions to #FungiFriday by @ewkaw hopefully this time I can maximize it than the previous day.

As we know, in Indonesia, in Aceh, the weather has been very hot for several days, maybe it is a sign that the dry season has arrived and in addition, every morning the fog is getting thicker and blocking roads that we have never seen before if it was not the dry season. it became a big challenge for me to find a lot of mushroom stock.

As we all know, basically all fungi grow in damp, cold places, and usually grow on old tree trunks. However, it is very easy to find them after a day of rain, because trees will experience humidity where the fungus will grow simultaneously. believe and believe, even though the dry season arrives, mushroom lovers will definitely look for mushrooms wherever they are.

Today I found several types of mushrooms, namely: Trametes versicolor,Hohenbuehelia, Leontinus, I found it in different places but the mushrooms I found all grew on old tree trunks, and if we didn't take pictures right away maybe tomorrow the mushrooms will wither due to the very hot weather. Here are some photos.

The mushroom above is usually called the Turkey Tail mushroom because if we look closely it resembles a turkey tail whose shape is in bloom. The types of mushrooms that I found in the former areca nut plants which are old but not in a very cool place so that the mushrooms grow optimally.

The mushrooms above I found on the trunk of an old mango tree, I often pick this mushroom to serve as a delicious food menu, it's just a little hard when eaten, it's different from oyster mushrooms.

Those are some types of mushrooms that I found when I was hunting for mushrooms this morning on the street behind my house which happened to have many old tree trunks. Hopefully my post this time is better than before and if there is something missing I hope to correct it so that my next post will be even better

Best regards @vikar
