Hello Everyone,
Today when I opened the tent the buds looked like they plumped up quite a bit from yesterday.

With twenty three days left in flowering, I'm thinking: "How much longer should I feed her?"
I've been using GeneralHydroponics Maxibloom to feed the Crack Mack, utilizing minimum dosage recommendations.
I'm thinking I'll give her two or three light doses over the next week, and then the last couple of weeks will be plain water. I expect this will be pretty perfect, as the rate of bud growth should continue for the next couple of weeks before reaching maximum plumpness, and by this time the plant should be well flushed.
At this point about fifty percent of the pistils have turned to a brown/reddish color and the other half are still white. This is also an indicator that the buds have not finished swelling in size.
The trichome coverage is thick and even, with a very oily sticky resin that feels like a coating of honey or sap, and stays on the fingers after touching.
When touching and smelling the buds a fruity aroma is present, one that is very similar to strawberries and gives a refreshing feeling when inhaling deeply.
The smell from a distance that fills the house is a very pungent aroma that has become shockingly strong. Sometimes it is even a bit overwhelming, but not really in an unpleasant way.
At this stage in a cannabis grow it is difficult to be patient, but it is crucial for the assurance of a quality end product. If harvested too soon the bud will not carry forth the desired effects, which also rings true for harvesting too late. Harvesting at the optimal time makes all the difference in determining how good the bud is going to be, so patience is simply not optional if a grower wants their bud to be top shelf.
That will do it for this update today.
How is the Crack Mack looking to all of you?
I would love to read your thoughts in the comment section.
Thank you for stopping by!
Have a good day! -@futuremind
I must take advantage of being one of the first to read this post, given the coincidence that I see it a few minutes after you post it hahaha
How many years have you been doing this my friend? I will not fail to say that I admire all your knowledge and the science behind these plants.
Yes you saw this post quickly my friend hahaha
Thank you for the kind words. I have been growing it for about five years but I studied online first to learn the basics of how to grow the plant indoors.
That's some amazing healthy growth. It's great presentation too with the easy to read chart.
Thank you @litguru. She's plumping up more than I expected and it will be interesting to see how big these buds get since she's about twice the size of the mother plant. @solominer made that awesome chart for the cannabis community :D
I'm back on your post, and I love this green pland 😋👌👌⭐⭐⭐⭐
