We know that we have different views about how we manage to do when we are about to talk with someone, there is texting first or we can call them directly. Either of the two, we can still communicate with them but which one would I prefer?

Before, I prefer on doing texting to someone that I needed to ask or to communicate because I'm too shy to call them and talk to them directly. Even though that call is much more good because you are going to talk to someone directly and hearing their opinions about something.
That was when I was still a student (when I was still a college student) that texting a message to someone is a good way to communicate and also it's advantage of me because I am not a good communicator when it comes on calling them.
I know that it's really hard to type a message and my hands will be sometimes tired of texting to someone but I knowing that I communicate with them is the most important thing.
But now, I like calling directly to someone than texting because I have now more confidence than before that calling is much more easier to do than texting a message.
Just like whenever I like to call my wife whenever that she is in her parent's house or sisters and my brother, I would always call them first than texting them a message because I am more comfortable to do that kind of things.

Also, I think that it differs on a person. If that's my immediate family or my close friends, I would call them first to talk with them so that I can connect with them in real time but if that person is not a close one, I would rather text him/her to asks something or anything.
Just like today that one of my aunt contacted me about my work and we communicate together using a text message because it's not an urgent matter.
Maybe, It differs on the situation if I am going to talk with someone or somebody. If it is also an urgent matters, that's the time that calling is needed. If it's not, a simple text message is enough for me to contact them.
