It came to mind that I haven't taken more photos of the bakery where I usually go for coffee with @octocel. There is not much to show. It is just bakery after all. So take this to showcase the area where coffee is made.
This was one of the dates that came just after another coffee. It could have been the time of waiting for something else or just having some free time to go get some of this elixir. Although we haven't gone out as much as we did when we started dating, things are going well. Or that's what I like to think. It seems the phases of adult-dating are what happens in between bouts of responsibility calling you out and having to take care of business. Things you have to do will not get done unless you get to do them. It is as simple as that.
But, lo, it isn't simple at all!
Having the time to go for coffee or an ice-cream are the kind of small pleasure that we can afford. Sometimes, there's not even time to do a thing, but that's why we have communication devices. And lots of lovely photos of doing nice and silly things together. Those are always the best.
Besides, having the time to get to do thing by our own just means getting some more topics for the conversation whenever we meet again. And everything adds slowly to the quality time we spend together.
I already see a new time to get into the bakery and have our usual order of espressos. And maybe some dessert. Gossip, laughs, flirting, drinking and the usual lovely motion of a coffee date. For the moment, I'm just playing the role of rooting for my girlfriend to finish her illustration portfolio and it to be sent away for more jobs. Even if lots of jobs mean I won't get to see her as much. However, that just means getting to spend that time later and without worrying too much about then dull responsibilities of adult life.
