January 23rd was a very important day for me, it was the day of the birth of my baby Angel Alfredo. He was born by cesarean section and everything went perfectly, apparently. After my recovery, the pediatrician informed us that the baby was born with breathing difficulties and that he had to be referred to the Intensive Care Unit at the Social Security.
At that moment everything fell apart for me. A nightmare began that seemed to have no end. Extraordinary bills for medical tests, supplies for the baby's care, expensive medication.
My son spent 11 days on a ventilator. I don't know at what point I was able to recover from the C-section, but I had plenty of strength to go to the hospital to caress his little hand.
I swear it was the hardest time I have ever had in my life. Not being able to hold my baby, breastfeed him and give him the care he needed.
In my search for a moment of tranquility, I arrived at the back of the hospital and found a small restaurant where they sold everything for the hospital patients and their companions.

The place is beautiful. Plants are everywhere, making the stay in its corridors pleasant, relaxing and the best thing is that this green space allows you to disconnect from all the pressure and anguish of the hospital.
Mrs. Teresa, the owner of the place is a very special person who supports and helps all of us who are in that kind of situation with patients in the hospital. I had the opportunity to meet her and buy a beautiful Trinitaria flower plant that I promised to call Tere, in gratitude for her attention and for this beautiful place.
My baby was slowly getting better and on Valentine's Day, early in the morning, the doctors talked about a possible medical discharge. That was when I saw the light at the end of the tunnel and began to smile once again. I invited my husband, who never left our son's side during all that time, to have breakfast at that special place.
When we arrived there were some guests doing a radio show from the Kiosco de Doña Tere. Among the local celebrities was my favorite radio host since I was a teenager, the rabbit.
The rabbit and his team were accompanied by a group of people with a project to help the grandparents of the city's nursing home. This seemed like an ideal way to celebrate Valentine's Day by helping others.
Also on site was the popular "Ruso", a guy who is a mobile coffee shop. He goes all over the streets selling Cappuccino, Moka and espresso. In his special belt he has everything from a thermos of boiling water to a blender for the coffee milk.
It is a real pleasure to watch him prepare Cappuccino in a matter of minutes. He has a confidence and ease that shows you he is the best at what he does and the concept of his brand is original.
I loved the Cappuccino, which was also courtesy of the house for Valentine's Day. After this beautiful moment of celebration and happiness, my baby was discharged 2 days later.
Today I feel blessed to be able to share with you the happy ending of my story, that my baby is still recovering at home with his family.

¡Saludos amigos amantes del café! Hoy paso por aquí para contarles sobre mi experiencia el día de San Valentín con Capuccinos.ruso una verdadera cafetería ambulante. Acompáñenme y les cuento.
El día 23 de enero fue muy importante para mi, fue el día del nacimiento de mi bebé Ángel Alfredo. Nació por cesárea y todo salió perfecto, aparentemente. Después de mi recuperación la pediatra nos comunicó que el bebé nació con una dificultad para respirar y que debían referirlo a la Unidad de cuidados intensivos en el seguro Social.
En ese momento todo se derrumbó para mí. Comenzó una pesadilla que parecía no tener fin. Cuentas extraordinarias en análisis médicos, insumos para los cuidados del bebé, medicamento costosos.
Mi hijo pasó 11 días con un respirador artificial. No sé en qué momento pude recuperarme de la cesárea pero tenía fuerzas de sobra para trasladarme al hospital y poder acariciar su pequeña mano.
Les juro que fue el momento más difícil que he podido pasar en mi vida. No poder cargar a mi bebé, amamantarlo y darle los cuidados que necesitaba.
En mi busqueda de un momento de tranquilidad, llegué a la parte de atrás del hospital y me encontré con un pequeño restaurante donde vendían de todo para los pacientes del hospital y sus acompañantes.
El lugar es precioso. Las plantas están por todos lados, haciendo la estadía en sus pasillos agradable, relajante y lo mejor es que ese espacio verde te permite desconectar de toda la presión y la angustia del hospital.
La señora Teresa, dueña del lugar es una persona muy especial que apoya y ayuda a todos los que estamos en ese tipo de situaciones con pacientes en el hospital. Tuve la oportunidad de conocerla y comprar una bonita planta de flores Trinitaria a la que prometí llamar Tere, en agradecimiento por su atención y por ese bonito lugar.

Mi bebé poco a poco fue mejorando y el día de San Valentín, bien temprano en la mañana, los médicos hablaron de una posible alta médica. Fue cuando vi la luz al final del tunel y comencé a sonreir una vez más. Invité a mi esposo, que nunca se separó de nuestro hijo en todo ese tiempo, a desayunar en ese lugar especial.
Cuando llegamos estaban algunos invitados haciendo un programa de radio desde el Kiosco de Doña Tere. Entre las celebridades locales estaba mi locutor de radio favorito desde que era una adolescente, el conejo.
El conejo y su equipo estaban acompañado de un grupo de personas con un proyecto de ayudar a los abuelos del hogar de ancianos de la ciudad. Esta labor me pareció ideal para celebrar el día de San Valentín, ayudando a otros.
Tambien en el lugar se encontraba el popular "Ruso", un chico que es una cafetería móvil. Va por todas las calles vendiendo Cappuccino, Moka y expreso. En su cinturon especial tiene desde un termo de agua hirviendo, hasta una batidora para la leche del café.
Realmente da gusto verlo preparar Cappuccino en cuestión de minutos. Tiene una seguridad y facilidad que te demuestra que es el mejor en lo que hace y el concepto de su marca es original.
Me encantó el Cappuccino, que además fue cortesía de la casa por San Valentín. Después de este bonito momento, de celebración y felicidad, mi bebé fue dado de alta 2 días después.
Hoy me siento bendecida de poder compartir con ustedes el final feliz de mi historia, que que mi bebé se sigue recuperando en casa con su familia.
