Beyond the South Indian Filter Coffee

Beyond the South Indian Filter Coffee,
get to see some fun twists on Tradition by the Coffee Board of India.

For many, the mention of South Indian coffee immediately brings to mind the rich aroma of a frothy filter coffee served in a dabara and tumbler. This traditional brew, made from a dark roast blend of Arabica and Robusta beans, is prepared using a metal filter.

The coffee is poured back and forth between the da bara and tumbler, creating a creamy layer of foam that enhances its flavor and texture. While this classic holds a cherished place in many hearts, the Coffee Board of India is giving it a creative twist.
