At present it has been given maintenance to the facades of the houses and moments around the Plaza Bolivar. I loved visiting this café in this beloved part of Cumaná. Tasting that coffee with cream fascinated me because I wanted something different. I used my credit card for the first time here and gave myself a well-deserved treat hahaha. I must be careful.
