Greetings dear readers, today I give life and love to my blog with a post related to these times of climate change that affect us so much, so many of us are looking for alternatives to regulate ourselves, in this case the suffering is due to the heat present at any time of the day, which personally invites me to take several showers and very cold drinks.
In Venezuela we generally have two types of weather, one rainy, which we recognize as winter time, and another warm as summer time, we also have our cold seasons, bringing these climatic effects goodness to our nature. But in recent years we have noticed sudden atmospheric imbalances, for example, when we expect the rainy season there is heat and drought, or vice versa as rains as universal deluge, and if the day is totally sunny, thick fogs appear repeatedly.
In the last few months the heat phenomenon has been a national affliction, with long periods similar to an Arizona summer. This situation has motivated many people to develop multiple beverage and ice cream ventures in different areas of the country, especially in the cities where businesses offer an infinity of products that allow the consumer to cool off with something that balances the body temperature.
This is how this week after an exhausting day between work and other errands, I found myself in the mood for a cold drink. In the middle of the afternoon of such an exhausting day, I decided to pamper myself by visiting a place in the center of the city of Caracas, a very busy area called the historic center.
Many of these places years ago were shoe shops, piñaterias, saddleries, hat stores, today they have been bought or rented by franchises dedicated to set up day and night stores selling drinks and gourmet snacks, giving these areas of Caracas a touch of exuberance that invites you to relax, share pleasant gatherings, work meetings, readings or just be alone melted in our thoughts accompanied with a good drink or snack.
That's why I decided to go to "Paramo café ", being this a nice business where I saw the opportunity to refresh myself and rest for a while and then join my routine that day. Looking at the products I saw just what my body wanted for the moment "a very cold black tea", the truth is that the heat of the afternoon was overwhelming, giving me the need to take that drink with lots of ice and little sugar.
So I ordered it, accompanied with a three cereal bread roll, which I gave a score of 5 out of 10, I thought the consistency was softer to allow me to enjoy even more the flavors of this delicacy, but I still consumed it because I did not want to lose the investment.
Despite that detail of the three cereal bagel, being there allowed me to relax, while tasting my snack, I observed every corner of the space full of history, which has a cozy minimalist atmosphere with some antiques as decoration, leaving notorious to the public part of the architectural structure that preceded that place, such as adobe walls, also the ventilation is refreshing for the amplitude of the space having an umbrella roof that gives an attractive touch.
It was a moment where I observed with pleasure the tranquility of the regulars who enjoyed the place, I also enjoyed an instrumental background music that made me feel cooler obviating a little the high temperature of the day, assuming this moment as a gift to self-regulate and regain energy, to fulfill my last day away from home on that day.
If I ever go there I will not take the three-grain bagel, I take note. Best regards @evev

This Páramo Café is close to my work and I have only visited it twice, but so far of all the locations of the chain it is the most beautiful, or the one I like the most, and without a doubt it is a place where you can find a variety of coffee, cold drinks and pastries between sandwiches and sweets, it is to go crazy you do not know what to choose.
It was lovely to stroll through Caracas with you, and then visit Paramo café! It really is a charming location, and the bagel looks awesome! I always enjoy iced tea on hot days as well :)

Good idea to come in and refresh yourself in a cozy place like PARAMO Café, I'm sure you relaxed a lot, well I think it shows in the pictures, and no doubt you refreshed yourself with that good choice of iced tea.
