During my vacation in Negros Occidental, Philippines, I stayed with my cousins, and one of the highlights of our Bacolod trip was going to a minimalist and Instagram-worthy café in Bacolod City, the Cafè Cielli . If you're a fan of spots that has good ambiance with good coffee, you will surely love this cafè too.

HOW TO GET THERE?

Cafe Cielli is located at C.V. Ramos St., Bacolod, Negros Occidental . We discovered this cafè because it's one of the well-known coffee shops in Bacolod and because also of the positive reviews and aesthetic photos we saw on social media platforms like TikTok. Indeed, this is one of Bacolod's hidden gems that is a perfect spot to relax, work, or chill with family and friends.

As soon as we entered the cafè, we immediately felt the cozy and positive vibes of the place. The interior is stunning— minimalist, huge windows, and high ceilings. What makes our visit even more amazing was the Jazz music playing in the cafè which really brings a calm atmosphere. When we went there, I was also amazed as I hear that "Cielli" means "sky" in Italian. And the name of the cafè? It perfectly fits the ambiance of the café which seems like you're in heaven.

One thing that stood out to me was how accommodating and friendly the staff of the café were. I felt like I was at home because of their warm hospitality. The food and drinks there are not only delicious but also affordable.

My favorite on their menu is the Iced Vanilla Latte, which costs only ₱120, this is perfect for vanilla lovers like me.

Another standout for me was their cheesecake. Its balanced sweetness make it a must-try when you visit Cafè Cielli, this will be a perfect combination with your coffee while you talk with friends and family.

This café is not only for those looking for good food and drinks, but this is also a haven for those who want to find a peaceful and aesthetically pleasing place. Moreover, they also have WiFi and power outlets, so it's perfect for students or professionals who want to study or work. The cafè's location is very easy to find and there's a good parking space too.

Visiting Cafè Cielli is an experience worth repeating. From their ambiance, delicious food and drinks, and exceptional service, I was definitely not disappointed. If you go to Bacolod City, don't forget to include Cafè Cielli to your itinerary. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as we did.
