Hello dear community, happy to share a new post. Today I made my husband a delicious French press coffee and I want to share with you the preparation.

ENGLISH
Let's go a little deeper into the origin of this drink that for many is so important.
"The coffee tree is native to the province of Kaffa in the highlands of Abyssinia, present-day Ethiopia, where it grows wild. The energetic qualities of coffee were already known by the Galla tribe of Ethiopia in the 11th century, who mixed it with animal fat. Later, it would be introduced to Arabia, from where it would spread to the rest of the world with the Turkish rule of Anatolia.
Currently, the plant is mainly grown in tropical and subtropical countries such as Brazil, Vietnam and Colombia (main coffee producers). Brazil concentrates just over a third of world production. Coffee beans are one of the main products of agricultural origin that are sold in international markets and often make a great contribution to the export items of the producing regions."

A large amount of coffee is also produced in Venezuela and it is the favorite drink of millions of people, it is the most marketed product worldwide and is among the three most consumed drinks by humans.
Let's go to the realization.
We will use
Coffee
Press
Water
Sugar of choice
We grab filtered water
We put it to heat
In the press we place two tablespoons of coffee
When the water is hot, add it to the press.
We let it rest for about 3 minutes
As the minutes pass, we begin to lower the press. If you notice in the photo, the coffee grounds are going down and the brewed coffee is going up.
When we reach the bottom we serve
And ready a delicious coffee and super fast
