Another Cup Of Coffees and Cafe Improvements.

Coffee cheers to everyone out there.

Another week has passed,memories were made once again through cup of coffees in different cafe's around the world and in our homes of course.

It's the start of this week again and there's a lot of things that happened last week.
Part of it was we we're able to serve our customers the best we can. A lot of positive feedbacks reached our manager and us ofcourse which made us to give our best more and surpassing our limits when it comes to customer service.

I came from a fast food restaurant which high quality of customer service is strictly observed that's why dealing with different people everyday is just a piece of cake already but there are times that my patience is at the limit haha. With that being said I just complain within my brain but I always treat our customers right even if they're getting to our nerves already.

As they said," Customers is not always right but we gotta treat them right always." No matter what the situation is when you're in a customer service industry, you gotta treat them the best possible way because they are the key for your establishments to continuously running the long term.

Just keep our best in giving quality service at all cost.

Now lets go to the main topic of this one and move on from the slight rant part hihi.

People here in our province specifically from our town can be considered to be a city people since their way of living is somewhat like from the people living in the city. Many people says that and I now know the reasons why.

One of their hobbies is finding coffee shops around the province since this is the trend now. Coffee shops are popping up from left to right or near schools or to places wherein people like to hang out.

Some people wants to have ice coffees early in the morning and we offer them at affordable price. What do I enjoy to make is our espresso series which we grind coffee beans and then extract it using the espresso machine.

I really loved the aroma of the grinded coffee beans especially when it's being extracted. I mostly do the espresso series on our menu so lets say that I've been addicted to its aroma already hihi..

We have different customers every morning who's looking for something to wake their sleepy souls haha. Some of them are engineers, nurses, teachers, doctors also plus those college students with early schedules.

My duty is opening to closing which is around 8:30 in the morning I'm at the shop already preparing the things we will use for the day.

After I finish all the things needed to be done, I made my iced coffee espresso base. It's just our regular latte which is Dash Latte, a combination of espresso and full cream milk. I liked this one but I really prefer the Dark Mocha which I made last time.

My first customer last week ordered a Macchiato coffee in our espresso series and here's his iced coffee.

He also ordered a slice of our Triple chocolate cake and here's the whole cake.

We also have Red Velvet cake which most of our customers ordered last week.

Plus these Dark forest cupcakes, cookies with New York chocolate chips and pure egg yolk letche flan.

As we go on to our fourth month, our manager is slowly improving the shop to make it more presentable and cozy to the eyes.

Last March 9, the group of sir Mark came here in order to fix the name of our shop at the front. The new one has already a light in it and can be lighted at night.

They did it for almost 3 hours and after they finish we served them five macchiato iced coffee.

The night came and ofcourse we're excited to take a pic of it and finally here it is.

Our day ended with a smile since there's a new attraction here in our shop again.
More improvements are on the way and we're looking forward to it.
