At home we are fans of a good machine coffee, one of those frothy ones that always leave you wanting more. Well, during these holidays at my parents' house I have given myself the task of looking for coffees so that, especially my mum, can enjoy that little coffee she loves so much.
Hello again to all my Cinnamon Cup Coffee people, today I would like to share with you this love story that may sound very familiar to all of you. It is a story of eternal love between my mum and coffee. If she doesn't drink coffee in the morning, this lady gets headaches, handaches, knee pains, she gets sad, she spends all day complaining and saying in the corners ‘ayyy how I need my coffee’ ahhajjajaja surely this has happened to your mums too.
As a concerned daughter, I decided to start the task of looking for a good coffee shop near my house, a coffee machine, a nice place where we can sit down and drink our coffee with the necessary calm to enjoy every sip. And of course to be able to have that pleasant conversation that is always accompanied by a good coffee.
Well, I set myself the task of visiting several places in Maracaibo and some of them were very far from home, in others there was too much noise, in one of the cafes the coffee was prepared with rage because it was really bad. But I didn't give up, I searched until I found the place that would make my mother happy and I confess that it made me happy too. So recently I said to my mum ‘get ready, I have a surprise for you’ and we went to the café.
When we arrived my mum was delighted with the place. There were few people and the space smelled of warm bread, it was a real treat. They prepared us a frothy machine coffee, late vanilla, no sugar and we decided to accompany it with biscuits and a Venezuelan bread called ‘cachito’, a small bread filled with smoked ham and cheese. The combination was a treat and my mum was happy.
We left the place and my mum couldn't keep a smile on her face, because a good coffee makes anyone's life happier.

En casa somos fanáticos de un buen café de máquina, de esos espumosos y que siempre te dejan con ganas de más. Pues en estas vacaciones en la casa de los papás me he dado la tarea de buscar cafés para que, sobre todo mi mamá, disfrute de ese cafecito que tanto le gusta.
Hola de nuevo a toda mi gente de Cinnamon Cup Coffee hoy quiero dejarles esta historia de amor que quizá a todos les suene muy familiar. Es una historia de amor eterno entre mi mamá y un café esta señora si no toma café en la mañana le duele la cabeza, las manos, las rodillas, se pone triste, pasa todo el día quejándose y diciendo en las esquinas “ayyy como me hace falta mi cafecito” ahhajjajaja seguramente a sus mamás también les ha pasado alguna vez.
Yo como buena hija preocupada, pues decidí empezar la tarea de buscar un buen cafecito cerca de casa, café de máquina, que el lugar sea bonito y donde podamos sentarnos a tomar el café con esa calma necesaria para poder degustar cada sorbo. Y claro poder tener esa conversación amena que siempre va acompañada con un buen café.
Pues me di la tarea de visitar varios lugares de Maracaibo y algunos quedaban muy lejos de casa, en otros había demasiado ruido, en uno de los cafes el café lo prepararon con rabia porque de verdad estaba muy malo. Pero no me rendí busqué hasta que conseguí ese lugar que haría feliz a mi mamá y confieso que a mí también. Así que reciente le dije a mi mamá “prepárate, te tengo una sorpresa” y nos fuimos al café.
Al llegar mamá estaba encantada con el lugar. Había pocas personas y el espacio olía a pan caliente, era un verdadero regalo. Nos prepararon un café de máquina espumoso, late vainilla, sin azúcar y decidimos acompañarlo con galletas y un pan venezolano que se llama “cachito” un pan pequeño relleno de jamón ahumando y queso. La combinación fue un regalo y mi mamá estaba feliz.
Salimos del lugar y a mi mamá no le cabía la sonrisa en la cara y es que un buen café le alegra la vida a cualquiera.
