Monday, April 28, was a very special day for me, because it was my birthday, I had to wake up from Sunday to Monday finishing a poster for an exhibition for my daughter Sofia, I got up very late, and in the middle of the morning, I felt like giving myself a different treat, it was very hot, I wanted something to refresh me, I checked my cupboard, Guess what I found milk, cocoa, you can imagine what you can invent with those ingredients, so quickly it occurred to me to beat the milk with cocoa with a hand mixer, I put it in the refrigerator until it got quite cold, then I added the mixture in my cup of cold coffee, and you can imagine the explosion of flavors that resulted from that mixture.
I served myself of course in my jumbo cup, my favorite, after taking my first sip, it occurred to me to take all the photos you see in this publication, I owe you a step by step, I am willing to share it and make it more aesthetic presentation of my drink. This mixture was too good, I have tried mocaccino, all hot, this was something different, it was very cold, I liked the feeling of freshness in my mouth, the taste of strong coffee, the house that is handmade, my brother brought it from Higuerote Miranda state. I fell in love with this drink, it made me spend the rest of the day full of energy, so much that in the afternoon I had a lot of energy and I was ready to celebrate my birthday with an exercise routine, which was quite demanding.
I will take more into account this drink for hot days, although I like hot coffee, but when there is full heat, it makes us decline for something cold, so as not to betray it, I combined it with ingredients that are a perfect combination, the good thing that did not take away the characteristic flavor of coffee, it was perfect, half coffee, and half portion of cocoa with whipped milk.
