Waking up every morning, is one more reason to continue with my ritual every morning, thanking for another day, with my family and my favorite drink, my days as I always emphasized here, are linked to my morning coffee, it is my fuel in my day to day, every morning brew activates my senses, with the taste, I taste your fruity semi bitter flavor, awakening my passion for that little brown and black coffee that I drink every morning, with every cup that I give to my soul, it runs through every part of my being, it is like every drop, filling every space of my veins, taking to my soul, serenity, tranquility, harmony with my being, I feel gratified with every sip in the mornings, my mouth also feels that semi bitter taste, that you send me signals of well being to my soul.

Whoever drinks coffee and does not know its history and roots, is not a great drinker of this magical elixir. My taste was possible yesterday Monday July 1st, since Saturday June 29th that I bought it, as always I prepare for my brew, with my Artisan technique, I start with boiling water in a pot, then I put 4 large spoonfuls of coffee in the strainer and start my brew, perceiving the fruity aromas that elevated my senses to the maximum expression, between deciding which favorite cup to use, my intuition inclined me for the gray, I placed a considerable amount and gave my first sip, taking good impression on my palate, the tasting of each sip was really pleasant.

After being satisfied with the tasting, I prepared myself to prepare breakfast and then get ready to go to work to rehearse the closing of the project for today, I did not want to leave without first having another cup with my breakfast, at least the drinking experience feels very good, although to give a final verdict, whether or not it is my ideal coffee, I prefer to continue tasting other coffees, which my eyes spotted over the weekend and today in Cumaná, I was happy to see so many options to taste.
