9 Months of dating, thanks to a coffee!

My girlfriend and I have been dating for 9 months, and we wanted to celebrate the same way as the first time and it was with a coffee, I remember that first date clearly as if it were yesterday, we headed to a cafe in the city that It is located in the center that time.

I proposed the idea of having coffee, because in addition to the fact that I also love coffee shops, they are an excellent meeting point.
The atmosphere of the cafes is the most optimal for meetings of any style or simply serves as an escape from everyday life to relax.

So we left very early in the morning and when we finished our shopping. On this occasion we wanted to relive that memory by visiting a cafe called Sensi.
This cafe is very special, because it has a wide variety of cold coffees, customers, desserts, they even serve lunches, all of high quality and they have a chef, bakers, baristas and bar tenders.

A magnificent place to create moments with friends and family of all kinds, which is why it is one of my favorite places. I personally am a lover of strong coffee, I prefer to enjoy coffee without sugar, on the other hand, my girlfriend prefers American coffee, something softer or with milk, such as latte, cappuccino and infusions.

We are very welcome to this place, for my part I have been visiting the site for years and I have seen its growth from 0, I know all its staff and established friendships with its owner and the baristas.
Thanks to this type of close ties that I have generated during my life drinking coffee in different places, I developed my taste for them more, to the point of aspiring to be a barista at some point in my life, I got into the habit of orienting myself and researching with them the theory and practice of machine coffee.

I learned many techniques from different bars and each one has its own touch, I learned to differentiate many things such as when the coffee is very roasted or under roasted, what is the difference between the different coffees with milk, it could be said that for example: (cappuccino, he beats he Chinese mocha among others…)
They are variants of coffee with milk, meaning that with 2 simple ingredients you can create several coffees applying different techniques.

That is one of the things I like most about coffee, with simple things you can create many wonders and it is what has motivated me to experiment almost daily with different brewing techniques and by varying or adding some extra ingredient, you can generate works of art. simply applying simple techniques and without being a professional in the field.

I must mention that the appointment was a resounding success, because Sensi is a prestigious place and the least I can expect is excellent service, in addition to the fact that it has 3 environments and delicious sweets, the people who serve it provide phenomenal attention.

I am excited to talk about and share special moments with my loved ones over a coffee, it makes me happy.
