Today we went to the Traki shopping center and visited Amarelo.
Cumaná is a small city. There are not many shopping centers, much less large ones. Traki is one of the few centers and it is the largest. It has several cafes and small places where they sell coffee.
I have visited them all. Today we went to Amarrelo. It is an intimate cafe, in contrast to its bright and fresh atmosphere. It is located in an open space of the shopping center, which makes it an ideal place to observe the movement of the day from your table.
This cafe has a simple but very pleasant decoration. It makes you feel in a place with the comfort and familiarity of what you recognize, it is similar to the comfort of your home. I like it because each space, although it is differentiated, has an atmosphere that integrates it, the furniture is different but with that museum/cafe feel that I love.
People expect a cafeteria to have a welcoming atmosphere because most of the time they go in search of tranquility, a space to chat and get away from the routine a bit. Amarelo, has some dependents who respect that privacy. They leave that margin for people to decide what they are going to order. They have a menu via the web that you must download with your phone, for that they have Wi-Fi service for their clients.
On the other hand, the bright and open environment in the shopping center conveys the feeling of being connected even though there is privacy around you. You can talk without having people very close, because the months are appropriately separated, plus the musical atmosphere allowed us to enjoy jazz.
Cafes are places for meetings and reunions. When I need to be alone to think or just to be with myself, I visit a coffee shop and have a coffee, sometimes I take my tablet and read. On this occasion I needed to talk to my son because we hadn't done it for a while, we got caught up in the routine of the week and sometimes we don't have time to talk. Today Amarelo was perfect to have one of those deep conversations. Although he preferred not to appear in the photos.
I decided on a Mocachino Cream and Andrès on a Macchiato. Needless to say, they were really, really good. The incredible presentation. Everything was very clean and the service was excellent. Young, decent, educated and hard-working people. Good treatment, patient and efficient.
In Cumaná, coffee has a very special tradition. Anyone who was born in this land knows that, since our grandparents, coffee was brewed in the early morning, before taking on the work routine. Personally, in my family we all drink coffee. Amarelo is part of that tradition. On other occasions we have frequented it and we have also had a pleasant time. If you come to Cumaná, be sure to visit this corner.

Hoy hemos ido al centro comercial Traki y visitamos Amarelo.
Cumaná es una ciudad pequeña. No hay muchos centros comerciales, mucho menos grandes. Traki es uno de los pocos centros y es el más grande. Tiene varias cafeterías y sitio pequeños donde expenden café.
Los he visitado todos. Hoy fuimos a Amarrelo. Es un café íntimo, en contraste con su ambiente iluminado y fresco. Está ubicado en un espacio abierto del centro comercial, eso lo hace un sitio ideal para observar el movimiento del día desde tu mesa.
Este café tiene una decoración sencilla pero muy agradable. Hace que te sientas en un lugar con la comodidad y familiaridad de lo que reconoces, es parecido a la comodidad de tu cada. Me gusta porque cada espacio a pesar de que está diferenciado, hay una atmósfera que lo integra, los muebles, diferentes pero con ese aire de museo/café que me encanta.
Las personas esperan que una cafetería tenga un ambiente acogedor porque la mayoría de las veces van en busca de tranquilidad, de un espacio para conversar y salir de un poco de la rutina. Amarelo, tiene unos dependientes que respetan esa intimidad. Dejan ese margen para que las personas decidan qué van ordenar. Tienen una carta vía web que se debes descargar con tu teléfono, para eso cuentan con el servicio de wifi para sus clientes.
Por otra parte, el ambiente iluminado y abierto en el centro comercial transmite la sensación de estar conectado a pesar de que a tu alrededor hay privacidad. Puedes hablar sin tener a las personas muy cerca, porque las meses tienen la separación adecuada, además de que el ambiente musical nos permitió disfrutar de jazz.
Las cafeterías son sitios de encuentros y reencuentros. Cuando necesito estar a solas para pensar o simplemente para estar conmigo, visito una cafetería y me tomo un café, a veces me llevo mi tablet y leo. En esta ocasión necesitaba conversar con mi hijo porque teníamos tiempo que no lo hacíamos, quedamos atrapados en la rutina de la semana y a veces no nos da tiempo de hablar. Hoy Amarelo fue perfecto para tener una de esas conversaciones profundas. Aunque prefirió no salir en las fotos.
Me decidí por un Mocachino Cream y Andrès por un Macchiato. Demás está decir que estaban realmente muy buenos. La presentación increible. Todo muy bien limpio y el servicio excelente. Gente joven, decente, educada y trabajadora. De buen trato, pacientes y eficientes.
En Cumaná, el café tiene una tradición muy especial. El que ha nacido en esta tierra sabe que, desde nuestros abuelos, se colaba el café en las madrugadas, antes de tomar la rutina laboral. Personlamente en mi familia todos tomamos café. Amarelo forma parte de esa tradición. En otras oportunidades lo hemos frecuentado e igualmente la hemos pasado agradablemente. Si vienen a Cumaná, no dejen de visitar este rincón.
Bien amigos cafeteros, la visita a Amarelo a concluido. Demás está decir que ha sido un placer haber realizado este recuento, porque repasar este paseo mentalemtne me ha hecho darme cuenta que es muy bueno tomarse estos paréntesis lejos del ruido de todos los días, con personas importantes y queridas que definitivamente hacen de tu día un día diferente.
