Today is Saturday, the kids have the day off, so when we woke up in the morning, we all went jogging together at a nearby field,

I was helping them with their homework until just now.

I work in sales and don't get many weekends and holidays off, so I want to spend lots of happy time with my kids.

In between those happy times is coffee, which I brewed after we all went jogging together.

It doesn't feel like a day has started without this drink!

I've accompanied my children with their homework while drinking this, but I try to avoid touching my smartphone while they are studying, reading, cleaning, etc.

I try my best not to touch the smartphone while the children are studying, and I try to read or clean the room.

So today I read a book called “Textbook of Morals,” which was quite easy to read and useful.

The book is very easy to read and describes many historical figures and what they accomplished and how they accomplished it.
Among them, I was fascinated and moved by the life of Yoshida Shoin.

I learned a lot from this book, which taught me the importance of always looking forward and continuing to learn and act with high aspirations, even when facing difficulties, without discriminating on the basis of status or age.

He actually opened a cram school, and among his students were Ito Hirobumi, Shinagawa Yajiro, and Takasugi Shinsaku, who were all great men. And it seems that Ryoma Sakamoto was also influenced by his thought.

I heard that he took in a lot of knowledge from Mencius, so next time I'll buy a book on Mencius to deepen my knowledge.

We had a great time over coffee and a good book.

I am typing this blog while the kids are engrossed in playing games, and my blogging time is getting a little faster.

Continuity is the key to everything, isn't it? I think we should all go out somewhere in the afternoon.

今回も楽しく書き込みをしていきたいと思います。

今日は土曜日、子供たちは休みなので朝起きたら近くのグラウンドでみんなでジョギングをして、

今さっきまで宿題を手伝っていました。

私は販売業をしていて土日祝日の休みは少ないので子供達と楽しい時間を沢山過ごしたいと思います。

そんな幸せな時間の合間にはコーヒーですね、みんなでジョギングをしたあとに淹れました。

この一杯を飲まないと一日が始まった気がしませんね！

これを飲みながら宿題を付き合いましたが子供たちが勉強をしている間はなるべくスマートフォンは触らないようにして読書なり掃除なりするようにしています。

一生懸命勉強しているのに、親が一生懸命スマホゲームやネットサーフィンをしていたら端から見ていてもなんか嫌ですよね。

なので今日は道徳の教科書と言う本を読んでみましたが、これが結構読みやすくて為になりました。

本の中には、沢山の歴史上の人物が出てきてどのような事をどういう風に成し遂げたのかが非常に読みやすく書かれています。
その中でも吉田松陰の生涯に心奪われてしまい感動しました。

身分や年齢で差別することもなく、困難に直面する事があっても常に前を向き学び続け、志高く行動することの重要さをこの本の中で教えてくれて、とても勉強になりました。

実際に塾を開いて、その生徒の中には伊藤博文、品川弥次郎、高杉晋作という凄い顔ぶれが。そして坂本龍馬も思想に影響を受けていたみたいですね。

孟子の知識を沢山取り入れていたそうなので、次は孟子の本を買って知識を深めてみようかな。

コーヒーを飲みながら良い本に触れ最高な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

子供たちがゲームに夢中になっている時間にこのブログを打ち込んでいますが、ブログを書き込む時間も少しづつですが速くなってきました。

何事も継続が大事ですね、午後はみんなでどこかお出かけでもしようかな。
